Warranty information

Our timepieces are covered by a one-year worldwide warranty, from the date of purchase. Warranty excludes select items where otherwise stated such as discontinued products, sale items, samples and corporate gifts. 

Warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental glass damage, scratches and dents, strap damage, or theft. Excluding all straps, bracelets and batteries, the warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship. 

Please email all warranty claims to support@holbornclassic.com with proof of original purchase and an image/video of the damaged product. Once received, a member of the service team will assist you from there. 

Watches that fall outside of the one-year warranty and/or have been exposed to extreme damage can in most cases be repaired at an additional fee.

Items bought from unauthorised retailers or that are bought second hand are not covered by warranty. If purchased from online marketplaces like Amazon a copy of the order confirmation email will suffice.

Note: Please note that complimentary shipping is not included in warranty claims.
